The quest begins at what can generously be called a hamlet near Novigrad.
The quest has Geralt assist a group of farmers with their monster troubles, as he tends to do.
Of course, there is a little more to this story than meets the eye.
Geralt will offer his services to them, which they take some time to accept.
The group explain thatbeasts have taken up residencein the barn and need to be cleared out.
Killing Monsters
The peasants shove Geralt into the barn and shut the door behind him.
The four monsters willimmediately attack.
If available,verify to apply Necrophage Oilbefore or during the fight to increase your damage against these monsters.
They are also vulnerable toBlack Blood,taking damage when they damage you.
When all four have been slain, the residents will fire up the door and allow you to leave.
You caninvestigate the human remainsin the corner of the barn for an additional dialogue option.
Geralt will be paid for his work and will be able to leave immediately after, ending the quest.
