WeSonicfans have deemed it so, and for good reason.
Well, technically, Shadow hasn’t been added to Sonic Superstars.

The Year of Shadow continues.
By simply adding Shadow via a costume for Sonic, Sega has bypassed a tonne of additional work.
Best of all, the Shadow costume is free, and it’s relatively easy to claim.
A Shadow costume has been added to Sonic Superstars as free DLC, and you can claim it for your platform of choice through the links below.
Reminder that you better own a copy of Sonic Superstars to make use of your new Shadow costume.
