The core of eBay’s Catch 151 Pokemon Day celebrations are trading cards.
Most notably trading cards from Pokemon’s Base Set First Edition, Charizard and Blastoise among them.
For reference,a base set Charizard sold for a record-breaking $420,000in 2022.
A year before that,a Blastoise card sold for $360,000.
The auctions will feature more than just cards.
Confirmed to be up for auction through eBay on Pokemon Day is Tiffany’s solid gold Pikachu pendant.
Fendi’s Peekaboo Petite Dratini bag will be among the items being auctioned on February 27.
