You’ll complete course quests as you play too, which reward you with regular small amounts of VC.
It also helps if you perform well in those events.
While not rewarded at every tier, you’ll get VC as rewards at some of the levels.
VC can be bought in various bundles, with the more expensive ones being better value for money.
The career is designed to have you start at a low level, with low stats.
