Nintendo has knocked it out of the park with the Switch 2 Direct.
But maybe not in the way it thought it would.
As for what its purpose could be, that is still to be determined.
Either way, two decades later and Nintendo fans have finally had one of their wishes granted.
If Mother 3 somehow ever gets localized, then fans might have to start thinking of other wishes.
This item from the DS Zelda era deserves to make a comeback on Switch 2.
