Deadpool is not a fan of 20th Century Fox in Marvel’s Deadpool & Wolverine.

At the end of the fight, Deadpool says,“Rest in Peace, Fox.”

For starters, when Reynoldsfirst played Wade Wilson inX-Men Origins: Wolverine, the character was essentially butchered.

Deadpool & Wolverine Runtime Sets New Franchise Record

Fox did rectify this decision, although it took almost seven years.

The studio was initially hesitant about the R-rating thatDeadpoolwould require and was not convinced by initial test footage.

It seems that Fox was never all that easy to deal with from a behind-the-scenes standpoint.
