If it is still daytime for you,just find a bed and sleep until night.
Starting from the Oasis mailbox, head north, crossing the bridge which ends in a cavern entrance.
This should beglowing purple from within.
As long as it’s nighttime, the Twinklebugs will continue to appear.
If the Twinklebug does happen to escape,just leave and come back.
