I am not someone who needs to playevery single game at their optimal tweaks.
And for me, thats totally fine.
There are some drawbacks to 40 FPS modes.
They usually require monitors/TVs with 120 Hz refresh rates.
There is still more input latency than when playing a game at 60 FPS.
Eventually, 40 FPS modes will probably disappear as hardware gets better.
